The talented team at La Mouette have worked closely over the last few weeks with culinary advisor chef Neill Anthony in developing a delicious new Spring Special 5-Course Tasting Menu.
There’s an art to each and every one of chef Anthony’s tasting menus. From the first bite to the final morsel, each course has been designed to take you on a culinary adventure. In keeping with the season of spring, every ingredient has been carefully sourced to give you the very best tastes of spring, so you can enjoy the freshest flavours in the most exquisite combinations.

Highlights from this Spring’s tasting menu include sensational treats such as Tuna Tartare with fennel mousse, radish salad, Tom yum vinaigrette, Fresh Spring asparagus with Hollandaise sauce, crispy onions, Slow Braised Karoo lamb neck with Harissa yogurt, peas, broad beans, feta, mint and Mango parfait with coconut sorbet and coconut crumb.
La Mouette’s menu is fresh, seasonally inspired and changes often. Garlic, onion, and seasoning form the base of our cooking, and nuts are present in their kitchen. The cost of the 5- Course Spring Special Tasting Menu is R350-00pp and with wines it is R650-00pp. La Mouette – French for “Seagull”, of which there are many in Sea Point is a French-inspired modern European restaurant that offers seasonal menus which change regularly.
