Radisson Blu Le Vendome Hotel, situated in the Sea Point, has added new menu as part of their Mothers’ Day celebration on 08 May. The special buffet was developed by executive chef Craig Carmichael.
To complete the celebratory day, delicious desserts include classic favourites such as cream brule, mini chocolate mousse and tropical fruit salad.
Chef Craig Carmichael brings over 20 years’ of five-star culinary experience to the table and his innovative approach to cooking will ensure guests enjoy a unique and memorable dining experience.
The diners will shade themselves while enjoying the tranquility of the Atlantic Seaboard at the hotel’s #add Restaurant & Pool area that features a wooden decking and an outdoor cocktail bar, creating a relaxing, secluded atmosphere.
