Offering a romantic adventure into gastronomy, Craig Carmichael – executive chef of the hotel’s La Mer Restaurant and Grill – has created a decadent menu tailored to tease the palates of guests and lovers in search of an unforgettable culinary experience.
The Valentine’s Day dinner menu opens with an option of smoked salmon trout or seared carpaccio of ostrich for starters, with grilled beef fillet and hot seared salmon as mains, along with a surprise dessert Cupid would drop his bow for.
Beyond whetting the palates of gourmands, the hotel has also created three exclusive wine tours to delight connoisseurs of the vine.
