‘Chicnic’ in the City – The Westcliff Deli gourmet chic-nic, will launch this Valentine’s Day. Couples can order their take-away picnic basket of choice (three options are available) and enjoy it at one of the Hotel’s five recommended picnic spots.
Recommendations include the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens, which offers a great escape from the inner city with lush green lawns, the opportunity to spot rare bird species and a natural waterfall that forms the centrepiece and backdrop to the gardens; and the James & Ethel Gray Park in Melrose, one of the best places in the city to watch the sunset over the Joburg skyline.
