Janse & Cohas has introduced the all-new a la carte lunch menu that boasts an assortment of signature dishes served from 12:00 to 15:00 every Friday and Saturday. Some of the must-try items on the new menu include fromage blanc cheese made in house and served with freshly baked breads.
Moskonfyt and fynbos glazed quail, stuffed with lowerland rye and blue taos corn from meuse farm; artichokes – fresh in season, cooked barigoule style with lemon and crispy onion are also on the offer. To end off, guests are encouraged to try the Afrikoa chocolate terrine.
The menu is an ideal option for those wanting to enjoy a quick lunch and with summer just around the corner, guests can enjoy the new offering in the stunning large outside courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining.
Guests can also try any of the 5 new flavour driven aperitifs, made up of indigenous fynbos and local fruit vinegars and fermented drinks produced in house as well as a wider selection of premium wines which will now be on offer by the glass. Reservations are not compulsory and walk-ins are welcome.
