Executive Chef Morné Botha has joined the Park Inn Cape Town Live-Inn Restaurant, promising to bring fresh ingredients, charcoal grilled meats and fish, locally inspired specialties, delicious classic dishes, and playful desserts.
With more than 16 years’ experience in the culinary industry, Morné has a wealth of experience which allows him to combine creativity, skill and hospitality to create the perfect dining experience, every time.
Morné is excited to bring his take on easy eating to the menu, drawing inspiration from his love of South Africa cuisine, patron requests and dishes that incorporate local ingredients, the latter of which not only help reduce carbon footprint but support local suppliers.
He keeps up to date with all the latest trends in the culinary industry which inspired him to create a new and exciting breakfast menu for the Live-Inn Restaurant, which will be launched on the 23rd of September.
Live-Inn Restaurant is the culinary centre-point of The Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Newlands, nearby both exciting shopping and sports destinations such as Newlands Cricket Ground and Newlands Rugby Stadium.
