Peninsula All-Suite Hotel will be hosting the wine and dine evening on 29 October at the poolside Sunset Restaurant.
A selection of Landskroon Wines will be on offer the hotel’s executive chef Hajierah Hamit, will prepare a five-star set menu.
His menu will start with spicy prawn ceviche with garlic brochette. For an intermediate dish, guests can look forward to ale-infused chicken lollies with wasabi tartar.
To ensure guest enjoy the full flavour profile of the wines on offer, a palate cleanser of pina colada sorbet will be served before moving on to the main course: Pan-seared Norwegian salmon with pulled pork croquettes and summer greens.
To end off the evening, guests will be treated to a Sweet dessert bouquet designed to enrich the vibrant flavours of the Landskroon offering.
“I have taken the time to learn the distinct aromas, blends and flavours of the Landskroon wines featured at this month’s Wine & Dine evening, and have experimented with a variety of recipes to produce the best possible dishes to complement their unique tastes,” said Hamit.
