LG Electronics has simplified selfies with its latest G4 Beat that allows users to shoot up to four photos in succession to capture the perfect selfie.
The bespoke Gesture Interval Shot makes taking selfies easier and without having to press any button. This feature uses the same gesture recognition technology found on previous models.
The feature allows the subject to activate the camera timer by holding up a hand and making a fist. To take it a step further, instead of taking just one photo, it will take four consecutive ‘perfect’ selfies in less than two seconds.
Thanks to the 5MP front facing camera coupled with the handy Gesture Interval Shot feature, the selfie boom has well and truly been redefined, giving the average person the ability to ingeniously curate their own image in order to hold people’s attention.
The devices also features an 8-megapixel rear camera with Laser Auto Focus fully equipped with the revered Manual Mode feature that allows users to take professional looking photos by manually setting the white balance, shutter speed and ISO.
The new LG G4 Beat is undoubtedly a well-balanced offering. Internally it runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and packs a 5.2-inch full HD in-cell zero gap touch display (1,080 x 1,920), considered more than sufficient by today’s standards.
Moreover, this attractive device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage.
Ideal for the selfie fanatics comes a 2,300 mAh removable battery to power the device allowing uninterrupted snapshot moments.
The selfie phenomenon is one that is showing no signs of ending anytime soon and with the increasing rise of social media and smartphone usage, the selfie is likely to become more of a part of the media culture.
Owning an equally great device such as the G4 Beat is the ultimate ticket to producing celebrity worthy selfies.
The LG G4 Beat is now available at all leading network operators countrywide.
